This service is ideal to use after the Cryo Body Sculpting and Bodystyler sessions. While Cryo Body Sculpting will kill the fat cells and the Bodystyler will improve the functionality of your lymphatic system to rid the body of the fat cells our Vibration Plate will get your body moving and jump-start the body’s ability to excrete the fat cells. All three services will work together to provide optimal results.
As little as 15 minutes a day of whole-body vibration 3 times a week may aid weight loss, burn fat, improve flexibility, enhance blood flow, reduce muscle soreness after exercise, build strength, and decrease the stress hormone, cortisol.
